Delivery Options
We offer several delivery options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days (£3.95)
  • Express Delivery: 1-2 working days (£6.95)
  • Next Day Delivery: Order by 2pm for next day (£9.95)
    Free standard delivery on all orders over £50

Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Monday-Friday are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

UK Delivery
We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may take 2-3 additional working days with additional charges.

International Delivery
We currently ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs charges.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package using the link provided.

Returns Policy

Standard returns: £2.95 (deducted from refund)
Free returns for:

Exchanges

Gift Returns
Gift returns are accepted for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Original order number is required.

Christmas Returns
Extended returns period for Christmas purchases:

  • Items purchased November 1st – December 24th
  • Can be returned until January 31st
  • All standard return conditions apply
